At
the
Boylan Bridge Brewpub, table reservations
for parties or other special events are available for parties
of 17 or more people.
Small groups
For small groups up to 16, which is the capacity of our communal
tables on the deck, please call with your information. If a group
of 8 or more is paying on one check, an 18% server gratuity may
be included.
Large groups
We will reserve communal tables only for large parties of 17 or
more people. For groups this size we run only a single tab; no
separate checks, 18% gratuity applies.
Three types of reservation are available
1. Regular reservation
- Attendees order from the Boylan Bridge menu on a single tab.
2. Buffet reservation
- Boylan Bridge provides the food for a flat rate or lump sum
but drinks are ordered separately and individually tracked on
a single tab.
3. Full reservation
- Boylan Bridge provides all drinks and food for a flat rate per
attendee or a lump sum.
Equipment
For large groups we have available a mobile kegerator that will
dispense up to six different beers out on the deck. You can select
from our beers to stock the taps. There are about 132 pints in
a keg.
We do not sell beer by the keg to be consumed on premises. All
our drinks are served individually in glasses or in pitchers.
After your event, leftover beer in kegs belongs to the house.
